The DALLMAYR FINE FOOD HOUSE, Munich's foremost address for gourmet specialties, underwent a comprehensive yet sensitive renovation in 2025 across its Coffee, Patisserie, Confectionery and Tea departments. The company NEUMEIER played a key role in the elaborate interior fit-out and in furnishing the spaces with exquisite, timless materials of the highest quality. Traditional design elements were carefully integrated into a modern setting - for example, the eleven hand-painted coffee vases from the Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory were artfully showcades anew, continuing a cherished part of Dallmayr's heritage. The renovation was completed in four construction phases while the store remained open, with much of the work carried out at night and in the early morning hours. The display counter system for the Patisserie and Confectionery sections were planned in-house by NEUMEIER in collaboration with its sister company SCHOLZ & NEUMEIER Gastronomietechnik.
