The Dallmayr Coffee Club combines tradition and modern to-go culture in a sophisticated atmosphere. Neumeier realized the refined interior fit-out featuring terrazzo flooring, designer pieces, elm wood, and light marble, while Scholz & Neumeier were responisble for the planning and installation of the bar technology.
The Service Center located at the park's entrance spans two floors and includes ticket counters, several service desks with a lost and found, information points, lockers, restrooms, and a pretzel shop. Over the winter of 2024/2025, the entire building was stripped down and fully renovated. The Leicht family commissioned us with the planning and realization of the project in the style of a Hamburg Kontor House.
The Dallmayr Fine Food House in Munich was extensively modernized in 2025 across its Coffee, Patisserie, Confectionery and Tea departments. Neumeier played a key role in the high-quality interior fit-out, while Scholz & Neumeier were responsible for planning the counter systems for the Patisserie and Confectionery areas.
At Burgis, a traditional family-owned company in Neumarkt spezcializing in dumpling products, everything revolves around the Knödel. Located on the company's premises, the "knödelliebe-Alm" reflects this passion. Owners Timo Burger and Christina Weiß commissioned us with the planning and execution of the new interior design. The kitchen technology and bar equipment were supplied by our sister company Scholz & Neumeier.
Planning and furnishing of a true insider tip in Munich's Glockenbach district: With great passion, Lino Leonhardt runs a small yet refined bistro kitchen serving excellent coffee. Planning and furnishing of the new factory outlet with café and event space in Osterwarngau: The newly constructed company building impresses with a modern, light-flooded atmosphere. Large windows allow plenty of daylight, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance. A warm wooden floor and elegant loft doors add a distinctive touch of comfort and character to the interior.
Right at the entrance of HANSA-PARK, we had the pleasure of planning and furnishing the Café Rosa according to the concept by Clauda Leicht. The name says it all: pink crystal and chandeliers, rose-colored walls and doors, a pink flower wall, an illuminated peony installation, and lush floral decoration create an almost fairy-tale atmosphere. Even the tableware, dishes, and the ever-popular hot chocolate follow the theme - yes, it's pink too.
We've had the pleasure of working together successfully many times on gastronomy projects - but this time, it was a project of their own: The Rittinger family commissioned us to plan and furnish their new showroom in Munich. As true coffee experts, they now have a tailor-made exhibition space to showcase everything from fully automatic coffee machines to exclusive portafilter models, all within the perfect setting for their popular barista courses. We wish them continued success - and extend our heartfelt thanks for the excellent collaboration once again!
The Marie Therese inn near the Theresienwiese has been completely renovated. We redesigned the guest rooms, lounge, and beer hall with high-quality wooden elements, creating an inviting atmosphere. Additionally, our specialists planned and installed a custom high-performance kitchen – with millimeter precision and under significant time pressure.
For the offices of Bayerischer Lloyd, we modernized around 30 workstations with comprehensive interior renovations and new furnishings. A particular highlight: custom-made wallpaper featuring historical nautical charts that depict the Danube's course and the route from Regensburg to the Black Sea, seamlessly integrating the theme of 'inland navigation' into the design.
For the iconic venue 'Hamborger Veermaster' on the Reeperbahn, we completely redesigned the interior and consistently implemented the maritime ship ambiance. With ocean-blue walls, plenty of exposed wood, sail masts with rigging, and a new bar, we created an authentic atmosphere that perfectly captures the charm of a four-masted barque.
For the SLYRS Distillery in Schliersee, we created a stylish tasting area with seating for 80 guests, modern bar equipment, and high-quality interior design. Highlights such as handcrafted whisky-colored glass lamps create an inviting atmosphere where daily tastings and seminars around the award-winning SLYRS Bavarian Single Malt take place.
For a luxurious private villa near Zurich, we managed the complete interior design – from the kitchen and bathrooms to the sauna and living areas. The focus was on clean lines and minimalist design: fine wood and dark Italian marble define the house. The highlight is the open kitchen, where the marble surfaces, including the central kitchen island, appear seamlessly crafted from a single piece. Handleless cabinet doors and the absence of accessories emphasize the minimalist aesthetic.

As part of the interior renovation, the Brummi Fit driving school was completely redesigned. A drywall partition with industrial glazing now creates three functional areas: a reception area with office and kitchen, the manager's office, and a training room for up to 20 people. The furnishings, from custom-made furniture to a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, were tailored to match the existing design of the driving school. Complemented by new lighting and fresh wall colors, a modern and inviting learning environment was created.
For the design of a penthouse apartment, a modern and functional kitchen was created with elegant white fronts and a natural stone countertop. The interior work includes custom-made cabinets optimized for the sloped ceilings, as well as high-quality kitchen appliances seamlessly integrated into the design. The restaurant on Sporerstraße was completely redesigned on the ground and upper floors. A modern spatial concept with high-quality materials and custom-made installations creates an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The implementation was carried out in close coordination with the client and based on our bespoke design concept.
The RIVA Bar in Munich's Tal: After 22 years, a renovation was urgently needed, particularly for the complete kitchen and bar technology, which our Scholz & Neumeier gastro-kitchen team handled with their usual efficiency. At the same time, NEUMEIER was entrusted with the restoration and new furnishings following the specifications of operators Rudi Kull and Albert Weinzierl. In the rear area, guests can now relax on upholstered leather lounge benches. The existing elements and soul of RIVA – such as the 1950s bar with its back cabinet – were carefully restored. This ensures that all RIVA fans can still feel right at home. A big thank you to Kull & Weinzierl for this project!
The clubhouse of the Motor Flying Club underwent a complete modernization. A new flooring and refreshed tongue-and-groove panels in antique white give the space an inviting used-look charm. A highlight is the custom-made industrial-style glass partition, which divides the guest area into two sections. Complemented by refurbished tables and a tailored corner bench, a cozy atmosphere was created that seamlessly combines tradition with modern design.
The Max Emanuel Brewery was redesigned with great attention to detail. Central elements, such as the custom-made oak-clad bar and a sturdy seating area, reflect the traditional beer hall culture, while modern accents are introduced through stylish lighting and custom-made shelves crafted from malleable cast iron and oak wood. The dining area was enhanced with carefully selected materials and a thoughtful layout to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that harmoniously combines tradition and contemporary style.
AGROB board member Achim Kern entrusted us with the conceptualization and execution of the renovation of their company cafeteria, 'CASINO,' in the AGROB Media Park. The newly renovated cafeteria has now become a hub for community, serving as a space for lunch breaks, collaborative meetings, or a quick creative pause over an espresso. Employees from the surrounding business district also use the cafeteria for informal exchanges, such as sharing a lunch together. A modern space for comfort and connection has been created!
As part of the redesign of the sauna garden, high-quality installations made of solid fir wood were created, including bed frames, wall paneling, and footrests. A large and a small windbreak with glass inlays, as well as a custom-built wardrobe wall, blend harmoniously into the overall design. Enhanced by fabric inlays and thoughtful details such as column encasements and side tables, an exclusive and relaxing oasis of well-being has been created.
Hotel director Christoph Leinberger once again entrusted us with a project at Gut Ising in early 2022: the renovation of the Petershaus. The historical centerpiece of the hotel complex was first documented in 1585, requiring a particularly delicate approach to preserve its character. With Frauke Faltin as our outstanding on-site contact, her exceptional sensitivity and vision were invaluable. It was a pleasure to bring your wonderful design ideas to life, dear Frauke!
The apartment in Ostin was modernized with custom-made furniture and installations. A raised floor with built-in storage, an open metal shelf, and a rustic oak dining table add stylish accents. In the master bedroom, a Swiss pine wood paneling and a functional built-in wardrobe create a harmonious atmosphere. The project was carried out in close collaboration with the homeowners.

Complemented by chalkboard walls, stylish tiles, and thoughtfully designed lighting, a multifunctional space for relaxation and connection was created.
Following the successful renovation of the seeRestaurant Eibsee Pavilion and the Restaurant Taverne, the Rieppel family entrusted us with the conceptualization and execution of the renovation of their main restaurant. The existing dining area was expanded and divided into various cozy rooms and a spacious buffet section. To create more space for guests indoors, the existing outdoor terrace was used to build an impressive conservatory adjoining the main restaurant. This exceptionally beautiful space offers guests a stunning view of the crystal-clear Eibsee and the seemingly within-reach Zugspitze.
The Bräustüberl in Bad Tölz underwent an extensive modernization. High-quality catering furniture made of stainless steel, a custom-built cooking island, and a functional salad station form the centerpiece of the kitchen. Complemented by precisely fitted furniture and granite countertops, a contemporary and hygienic workspace was created, seamlessly blending tradition with modernity. The planning and execution were carried out with precision, tailored to the client's specific requirements.
A special feature of the furnishings of this private villa: the owner and his wife have their own hotel business in the immediate vicinity and are keen cooks. In this case, it was immediately clear that no classic household kitchen was desired, but rather a kind of SUV among kitchens! The substructure mad of stainless steel and professional appliances were put together by our Scholz & Neumeier gastro kitchen planners in such a way that the professional kitchen team from the hotel also felt at home when they were invited.

Commissioned by hotel owner Rainer Lechner, the renovation of 20 rooms was carried out in two phases. Local woods and regional materials were used throughout. The design combines Alpine simplicity with an elegant choice of colors and fabrics, creating an atmosphere that is both grounded and cosmopolitan, perfectly reflecting the character of the property and the Lechner family.
When renovating the á-la-carte-restaurant Taverne on the lakeside floor of the Eibsee Hotel, regionality was very important to the Rieppel family. Alpine products from the immediate vicinity are on the menu. With 7 peaks and mountain ranges from the region -modelled to scale in plaster- we have also literally brought the surrounding mountains into the house in terms of furnishings. The rustic wooden ceiling was preserved. The combination of black chairs with reduced design, a textile floor in sisal look, brass and valuable leather in cognac, result in a very elegant ambience - absolutely to feel good.
